In the current frantic and frustrating real estate market, Jane was patient to show us every house that we were interested in at different times of the day. She made sure all the paper work was properly arranged so there were no delays which led to a smooth transaction for the purchase. She was able to help us strategize and negotiate with the bid and put our interest first. When we were selling our home, she took care of everything, even shoveling snow off the drive way so the showings could proceed smoothly. We had a toddler and baby, she took a lot of stress off as we were already stressed with sleepless nights. She really helped in both the buying and selling process of our home.
